Franklin Transcripts

You can order a copy of your official transcripts for your records or send official transcripts to a school or employer using our Online Transcript Request Form.

You must use a credit card to pay for your transcripts via our secure online form. Your account will be charged $9 per transcript for standard delivery via U.S. Mail. 

Once you’ve completed the Online Transcript Request Form, you'll receive a confirmation number. Save this number, and you'll be able to check the delivery status of your transcript request

Library Resources

Franklin University alumni and public patrons are offered limited library services. Please note that alumni and public users will be asked for ID to verify their status. An alumnus is defined as a patron who has obtained a degree from Franklin University. A public patron is defined as a patron who is neither a current Franklin student, faculty, staff, or alumnus, nor a current student, faculty, or staff member of an OhioLINK institution.

Alumni Email Policy

Recent alumni and former students of the University are able to keep their email and Self Service accounts after they are done taking courses. However,if your last courses was prior to 2015, you may not have active account. If your account is not active, the Help Desk will not be able to reactive it. You still are able to order an official transcript even if your account is inactive. If you stopped taking courses after 2015 and you are unaware of your password for your former account, click here for password recovery.

Alumni Lapel Pin

Demonstrating the kind of innovative thinking that has made Franklin University a leader in adult education, the Franklin University Alumni Pin is a tangible symbol of the significant achievement of a Franklin graduate. 

We Need Your Help
Our goal is to get the Franklin University Alumni Pin into the hands of as many Franklin graduates as possible, so we need your help. As a Franklin graduate, you are invited to pass your pin along when you encounter a fellow Franklin University graduate who does not already have one. The recipient will in turn pass along the pin during a similar encounter, fostering an increased sense of spirit and community among Franklin graduates.

Replacement Pins
After you have passed your Alumni Pin along to another Franklin University graduate, be sure to request a replacement pin.
