Alyssa Darden joined the library team in September 2013 as the Reference and Assessment Librarian, and became the Director of the Library in December 2015. Christopher Casey joined the library team in December 2014. Christopher’s work involves planning and promoting events and services provided by the Learning Commons. Ali Cicerchi began working at Franklin in 2015 as Assistant Director, Testing and Operations. In her role, she supervises the daily operations of the Learning Commons Testing Center, including the testing staff. Additionally, she manages the revenue-generating based testing alongside the testing needs for the university and the local community.

Joining Franklin University in 2013, Christina is our Testing Coordinator. She works closely with students, administration and faculty to assist with developing, managing and communicating exam protocols and schedules in order to generate effective results to students' and faculty needs and to ensure the best possible testing experience while upholding testing integrities. She also teaches Professional Foundations and is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and a NCTA (National College Testing Association) certification reviewer.

Marc Jaffy joined the library in July, 2017 as the Acquisitions Librarian. He is responsible for administering the library's purchase of resources, including books, ebooks, databases and other content necessary to meet our patrons' research needs.

Kristi Lobrano joined the Franklin University Nationwide Library in September 2011 as the Systems Librarian. In this role, she administers the Library’s integrated library systems and discovery tools to facilitate library operations and to provide access to information resources. In addition to managing systems, she is energized by patrons’ rapidly changing information needs and technology skills, the opportunities regarding providing library services to these patrons, and the integration of mobile technologies into library services.

Megan Powell joined the Learning Commons team in June 2020 as the Access Services Manager. Megan manages the circulation desk and leads a team of student library staff. She is the forefront of student, faculty, and staff communications during our afternoon and evening hours.

Pam Richter joined the Learning Commons team working in Testing in January 2017. In this role, she ensures assessments are available to instructors and students each term, assists with proctoring services on campus and online, works with community testers, and works with incoming students to ensure a smooth placement testing process.

Elisha Teague joined Franklin University in 2012. She has over a decade of higher education experience in the area of student academic support. She currently serves as the Assistant Director, Learning Resources at Franklin University's Learning Commons, where her goal is to empower students to become independent learners. In her role, she is responsible for the planning and implementation of Franklin's academic support programs. For the past seven years, she has focused her attention on providing equitable support to both online and campus based learners. Elisha also serves as Lead Faculty for the Professional Foundations course.
