While pursuing an education at Franklin University, students will be using some of the latest technology available. To help maximize the benefits of this technology, we offer the support of the Technology Help Desk.
The Franklin University Help Desk is available during the following hours:
Monday through Thursday: 8AM - 8PM (EST)
Friday: 8AM - 5PM (EST)
Saturday: 9AM - 1PM (EST)
Sunday: 1PM - 5PM (EST)

The Learning Commons (Phillips Hall) computers are available for use by Franklin University faculty, staff, alumni and students currently enrolled at Franklin. Each computer in the Learning Commons is loaded with Microsoft Office 2016 and various other software applications.

Computers that can be used by our student body outside of the classroom are located in the library area. The library on the main floor of Phillips Hall within the Learning Commons.
