beyond the classroom, Franklin offers master’s 
and doctoral-level programs that prepare leaders 
for an increasingly complex education environment. 
These practice-focused programs emphasize 
organizational leadership, policy awareness 
and applied research that addresses real challenges 
in schools and districts. Students examine how 
regulations and accountability systems shape 
learning environments and develop strategies 
to support teachers, strengthen programs, 
and improve outcomes.
At the doctoral level, students ground much 
of their work in their own organizations, turning 
research into plans that benefit students and 
communities. These projects make a meaningful 
impact, reflecting the University’s belief that
