ALUMNA OF THE YEAR:
LESLIE WEIBUSH B.S. Business Administration ’10
Leslie Weibush is a strategic technical program leader known 
for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in AI, data 
infrastructure and enterprise technology. Currently a technical 
program manager at Ensono, she partners with engineering 
and operations teams to deliver AI-first programs, clarify 
scope, establish governance, and translate technical 
milestones into measurable business impact. Her experience 
includes overseeing major AI infrastructure efforts at Meta, 
leading university-wide modernization projects at The Ohio 
State University and supporting accreditation and compliance 
at Franklin University. Leslie also serves her community 
through volunteer leadership and brings a strong academic 
foundation in business administration, technology leadership 
and organizational development.
ALUMNI AWARD FOR SOCIAL IMPACT:
OYAUMA GARRISON MBA ’01
Oyauma Garrison brings extensive leadership experience 
across the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Before joining 
Maryhaven as president and CEO, he led A Kid Again, 
expanding the organization’s impact from one state 
to a nationwide presence in just five years. His career 
includes two decades of leadership roles with State Farm, 
Nationwide, Allstate and Jacobson. Oyauma has been widely 
recognized for his service, earning the U.S. Presidential 
Gold Standard Award in 2014 and an honorary Franklin 
doctorate in 2019. Oyauma continues to serve on various 
boards, including as chair of the Buckeye Mutual Insurance 
Company, Franklin University Board of Trustees and 
as a past chair for several United Way committees.
ALUMNI AWARD FOR PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE:
DR. DAVID PAITSON 
M.S. Marketing + Communication ’03
Dr. David Paitson is a seasoned sports executive known 
for leading seven start-ups and shaping major and minor 
league sports in Columbus. As president and CEO of the 
Columbus Fury, he oversees all business and volleyball 
operations. His career includes more than a decade with 
the Columbus Blue Jackets in marketing and ticket sales, 
as well as serving as president and general manager of the 
iconic Columbus Chill, where he led the team to a record 
83 consecutive sellouts. Dr. Paitson has also held leadership 
roles in collegiate athletics and served as a professor 
of sport management.
