Take advantage of free books, as well as a 20% tuition discount on any of Franklin’s associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree and certificate programs, or a 10% tuition discount on doctoral degree programs. MORPC employees are also eligible for a special tuition rate ($300 per credit hour) for the B.S. in Nursing program, which is not subject to the 20% tuition discount.
