PT Lead Faculty, Ross College of Business (Human Resources Management 3/4 Role)

Franklin University, a private, independent, accredited, not-for-profit University located in Columbus, Ohio invites applicants for a part-time (3/4 Faculty), year-round position in the Ross College of Business for a Lead Faculty.   The position will work 30 hours weekly and primarily support the Human Resources Management Undergraduate and Graduate programs. The Lead Faculty role includes primary responsibility for teaching, instructional coaching and support of adjunct faculty for face-to-face and on-line courses, service on university committees, scholarship, networking/participation in the professional community, promoting teaching effectiveness, and division and university requirements as needed.  

Franklin University has a Hybrid work environment.  Faculty members are expected to be flexible to facilitate office appointments, onsite meetings and other university activities.

The successful candidate must possess an earned doctorate degree in a field appropriate to the teaching discipline from an institutional (formerly regional) accredited college or university; have demonstrated 5 or more years of leadership experience in the professional community; and experience teaching at the university level. Additionally, experience developing courses and program curriculum is preferred.
