Columbus, OH (April 18, 2023)

Franklin University is proud to recognize the work of its Choose Ohio First (COF) scholar, Chelsea Bray. Chelsea represented the University at the Annual Choose Ohio First Showcase event, organized by the Ohio Education Technology Conference (OETC), one of the premier P-20 state educational technology conferences in the country.

As a COF scholar, Chelsea had the opportunity to demonstrate her Franklin Master of Healthcare Administration knowledge, specifically focusing her expertise on the topic of Operational Protocols and Patient Satisfaction Outcomes at Columbus Free Clinic.

While Franklin continues to provide its working adults with a contemporary curriculum taught by real-world practitioners, paired with networking opportunities, the Annual Choose Ohio First Showcase served as a collaborative environment to network with state legislators as well as other COF scholars around the state. In addition, the conference celebrated the COF scholarship initiative and the students who have received the scholarship from the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) for their studies in the science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine (STEMM) fields.
