Franklin University proudly announces the appointment of Dr. Wendy L. Eaton, Program Chair of the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program, to the Graduate Education Committee of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). Dr. Eaton will serve a three-year term, furthering Franklin’s commitment to aligning academic excellence with workforce needs.
