High School Teachers

Take the Classes You Need to Meet CCP Teaching Requirements

If you’re a high school teacher who wants to boost your teaching credentials so you can teach college-level classes to high school students through Ohio’s College Credit Plus (CCP) program, Franklin can help.

We received an $885,000 grant, the largest amount awarded by the Ohio Department of Education and Department of Higher Education, to offer tuition-free, graduate-level courses to Ohio’s high school teachers.

The grant, along with Franklin’s reduced tuition rates, can help you meet new Higher Learning Commission (HLC) requirements while you advance your expertise.

Teachers who qualify for grant funds receive their graduate credits at no cost, including free tuition and books. Applicants who do not qualify for full funding can still earn the required qualifications and save money with Franklin’s reduced tuition and fixed-price book rates for College Credit Plus teachers.
