I have over 21 years of experience teaching College Level Courses. I have taught both undergraduate and gradiate level courses. I I also have over a decade of work experience in Government. I have both served and chair dissertation Committees. I have also written a book on Leading in the 21st entrury. My research is in Leadership, Business Ethics, and Public Administration.
