Profile

Dr. Raehll has taught in higher education for approximately 15 years and currently has the privilege of serving as the Assistant Dean of the Center for Teaching Excellence at Franklin University. As a proven talent for delivering educational leadership in higher education, Dr. Raehll is a growth-focused thought leader with expertise spanning global programs, data analytics, accreditation processes, faculty qualifications, cross-functional and interdisciplinary team leadership, performance evaluation, instructional coaching, and faculty development. Current research interests include: Philosophy of Education, Philosophy of Learning; Educational Leadership; Inclusive Pedagogy; Transnational Teaching Excellence; Instructional Coaching; Philosophy of Technology and Personal Identity.
