Dr. Raehll has taught in higher education for approximately 15 years and currently has the privilege of serving as the Assistant Dean of the Center for Teaching Excellence at Franklin University. As an award-winning talent for delivering educational leadership in higher education, Dr. Raehll is a growth-focused thought leader with expertise spanning global programs, data analytics, accreditation processes, faculty qualifications, cross-functional and interdisciplinary team leadership, performance evaluation, instructional coaching, and faculty development.
In addition, Dr. Raehll serves as Berlin Township Trustee in Delaware County, Ohio, USA. Ohio township trustees are elected officials serving in non-partisan positions dedicated to representing and the interests of the local community.

Current research interests include: Inclusive Excellence; Philosophy of Technology and Personal Identity Instructional Coaching; Deeper Learning
