Resources for Urbana University Alumni and Former Students

The following information is intended for long-term support and assistance to alumni and former students at Urbana University, which was acquired by Franklin University in 2014 and served as a branch campus until May 2020. 

How can I get access to my academic records?
Academic records will be preserved and accessible. Records will be transferred to Franklin University and can be accessed through the Franklin University Registrar's Office.

What if I need my Education Program Assessment records from the School of Education (i.e. Field hour logs, Stanford Test Scores)?
All School of Education students are able to download their Education Program Assessment records (i.e. Field hour logs, Stanford Test Scores) from Taskstream. Students will continue to have access to Taskstream. 

What if my transfer institution will only accept my Education Program Assessment records (i.e. Field hour logs, Stanford Test Scores) directly from my previous institution?
The School of Education is developing a process by which you will be able to request School of Education Records be sent directly from the School of Education to your transfer institution. Once the process is finalized it will be communicated to School of Education students.
