Adjunct Faculty-Information Security (Face-To-Face)

Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach one or more on ground, face-to-face undergraduate or graduate level Information Security courses on Information Assurance, Information Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Software & App Security, Advanced Network Security, Cryptography, and Ethical Hacking. Preference will be given to those with daytime availability. These 12-week courses will be taught face-to-face beginning Spring 2024.  

Requirements for these positions include a master’s degree (for undergraduate courses) doctorate degree (for graduate courses) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a closely related discipline with a record of research, scholarship or achievement in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a closely related area.  If the degree is in a related area, the candidate should have at least 18 graduate credit hours in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.  At least 5 years’ experience in a related field (IT, IS, cybersecurity, software development, etc.) is required.  Excellent teaching evaluations and previous teaching experience are also required.
