About Kristina Martin
Kristina Martin is a recruiting specialist at Expedient. She has interviewed hundreds of applicants, sourced talent, partnered with hiring managers to generate interest in and visibility for job opportunities, and helped to identify top-level talent. Before coming to Expedient more than 2 years ago, she managed a city/regional magazine’s internship program, which required her to help with recruiting, hiring and supervising the interns. At Expedient, she’s responsible for college recruiting as well as collaborating with managers to fill open positions, with a strong focus on the tech-support roles in the Operations Support Center — the largest team at Expedient and one with a very successful track record of hiring entry-level talent.

About Dan Bechtold
Dan Bechtold is an IT professional with more than 10 years of industry experience across multiple roles at Expedient. His background includes many years as a network/virtualization engineer managing enterprise networking infrastructure as well as VMware-based cloud infrastructure design, deployment and management in a large service-provider environment. Beyond his hands-on technical experience, Dan also worked as a supervisor in the Operations Support Center (similiar to a network operations center) and as a solutions architect (comparable to a presales engineer), working with prospective customers to design solutions using Expedient technologies. Currently, Dan oversees training for employees within the OSC.
