Designed to give firefighters the knowledge and skills necessary to advance to the role of Fire Officer, this flexible 10-week course provides a way for current officers to enhance their understanding of fire officer roles and responsibilities.  All participants will develop their leadership capabilities and apply critical concepts in team dynamics, increase their understanding of pertinent laws and regulations, and learn methods for building community involvement.
