Franklin University, one of the leading educators of working adults, announced the appointment of Carol Blaine as Program Chair of the Risk Management and Insurance program, within the Ross College of Business.

Her career includes serving in numerous roles at Nationwide Insurance including Leader, Nationwide Specialty Health; Managing Director, Business Operations, Specialty; Director, Product Innovation; Director, New Product Design; and Director, Pricing Operations. Blaine also worked at Century Insurance Group as Assistant Vice President, Corporate Services; as a Principal at Business Performance Solutions; Senior Vice President at American Commerce Insurance Company; and as Director, Long Term Care Operations at Midland Mutual Life Insurance.

Blaine serves on the Columbus CPCU Chapter Board and is a key member of Ohio’s Insurance Industry Resource Council.
