This course examines the major factors involved in managing international assignments including strategic selection, training, organizational development, cultural adjustment, repatriation, and immigration.

Outcomes:

  • Analyze the role that international assignments play in the rapid growth and globalization of multinational corporations and the development of global leaders
  • Assess the legal and ethical aspects of HRM in decision making
